Power Supply Application:

This custom made switched mode power supply is designed for vending machines and liquid dispensers, which are built for the European and Japanese market. A power conversion circuitry and a complete liquid dispenser control circuitry are integrated on the power supply board.

The application is operating 24/7 with high power demands for only a short period of time.

Model description:

The power supply circuitry is based on the single-ended feed-forward principle. This cost effective topology provides a high level of reliability, a good efficiency and a compact size.

The integrated microprocessor based control circuitry handles all required dispenser processing functions. These involve, among other things, the generation of triangular current pulses to the coffee dosing coils, control of the mixer motors and the steering of valves, relays and peltier cooling elements.

Mechanical construction:

The complete unit is built in a special designed housing existing of a black anodised aluminium U-profile bottom case and a metal top cover provided with easy to use fixation slots. The different parts of the dispenser are connected to the unit by means of three separate cable looms.
