Power Supply Application:

This custom made switched mode power supply is designed to supply the electronics of a range of different coffee dispensers. The application is characterised by operating 24/7 with very high power demands up to a few seconds. The design and component choice results in a high power, high reliable, low cost and small size power supply.

Model Description:

The regulated power supply is provided with a fast acting high and a time delayed low trip level. The high level over-current protection limits the output current to a constant value.

Protection:
A further increase of the output load will decrease the output voltage until the undervoltage trip level is reached. The low-level time lag over-current protection circuitry latches off the power supply, when the output current exceeds the nominal level for a given time.
