Tester for EFT/Burst, Surge and Power Fail

Published 11 months ago

March 2011
In order to thoroughly investigate the capabilities of our power supplies, before offering the new design to an accredited laboratory, Total Power Europe decided to purchase a burst and surge generator for in-house testing. When using such a device, we are capable of decreasing the turn-around time from proto design to a fully certified end-product.

After evaluating several burst and surge generators, we chose to acquire the ultra compact simulator for industrial electronics device UCS 500N5 of manufacturer EM TEST: “This simulator is the most versatile tester to cover transient and power fail requirements according to international standards (basic and generic standards) and product/product family standards”.
